14-Day Return Window

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Requests after this period will be declined.

Return Conditions

Products must be in brand-new, unused, uninstalled condition with all original packaging and accessories intact. Opened electronics, installed products, or items with missing parts will be rejected. We photograph all items before shipping and compare upon return.

Final Sale Items – No Returns

The following items are non-refundable: installed or used products, custom orders, electronic components (ECUs, sensors, key fobs), opened electronic accessories, clearance items, gift cards, and products with damaged or missing packaging.

15% Restocking Fee

A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns and will be deducted from your refund.

Return Shipping – Customer Pays

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method with insurance. We are not responsible for items lost in transit. International returns must also cover all customs fees.

Refund Amount

Refund = Purchase price minus 15% restocking fee, minus original shipping costs, minus any discounts or customs fees paid by us.

Defective Products

Contact us within 5 days of delivery. Electronic accessories have a 90-day limited warranty covering manufacturing defects only. We evaluate each claim at our sole discretion.

Compatibility – Buyer's Responsibility

Verify compatibility with your Tesla model before ordering. We do not accept returns for incompatibility.

Return Authorization Required

No returns accepted without prior authorization. Contact us at support@forteslacar.com for a Return Authorization (RA) number. Unauthorized returns will be refused.
