Orders and Payment
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. You agree to provide accurate payment and shipping information. We process payments through third-party providers and do not store your full payment details.
Shipping and Delivery
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Delivery times are estimates only. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for carrier delays or damage during transit. You are responsible for providing a correct shipping address.
Returns and Refunds
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused, uninstalled items in original packaging. A 15% restocking fee applies. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Custom orders, installed products, opened electronics, and clearance items are final sale. See our Refund Policy for details.
Compatibility Disclaimer
You are solely responsible for verifying compatibility with your Tesla model (Model 3, Model Y, Model S, Model X). We do not accept returns for incompatibility. Contact us before ordering if you are unsure.
